Enable Wireless Diagnostics in Windows

1.  Open Event Log
2. Go to View and tick "Show Analytic and Debug logs 
   
   
   
   
   
3. Go to "Applications and Services logs > Microsoft > Windows > WLAN-AutoConfig" and right-click on "Diagnostic" and go to "Properties"
4. and tick "Enable logging"

This should now bring more meaningful results for "Netsh wlan show wlanreport"

This is only a quick overview on signal strength

Signal Strength	Rating
-30 dBm	Amazing
-67 dBm	Very Good
-70 dBm	Okey
-80 dBm	Not Good
-90 dBm	Unsable

Windows 10 Wireless Troubleshooting by outputting WLAN Report

1. Run CMD as Administrator
2. Type "netsh wlan show wlanreport"
3. Once its finished it will give you a file location, open the file in a web browser

If you get any errors like 0x02 when you run the command try running windows updates and then reboot.  or just reboot.
