Microsoft Excel 2016 - Can not right click and cut or paste, greyed out

Seen this happen on an Remote Desktop,  fix was to delete \ rename the xlb file located in "\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Excel"

That should fix it.  but also had to just rename the whole folder / delete it and that sorted it too.
