How to Download TeamViewer QuickSupport on MacOS

TeamViewer QuickSupport is a software that allows remote access to a device. This is particularly useful when you need technical assistance and want someone to troubleshoot your computer without physically being present.

Downloading TeamViewer QuickSupport on MacOS

  1. Open your preferred web browser and go to the TeamViewer website at
  2. On the homepage, click on the "Download TeamViewer" button.
  3. Select the "TeamViewer QuickSupport" option.
  4. Once the download is complete, open the downloaded file.
  5. Follow the installation instructions to install TeamViewer QuickSupport on your MacOS.

Setting up Screen Recording and Control

  1. Open "System Preferences" on your MacOS.
  2. Click on "Security & Privacy".
  3. Go to the "Privacy" tab.
  4. On the left-hand side, click on "Screen Recording" and then click on the lock icon in the lower-left corner of the window to make changes.
  5. Tick the checkbox next to "TeamViewer" to allow it to record your screen.
  6. Go back to the "Privacy" tab and click on "Accessibility".

Tick the checkbox next to "TeamViewer" to allow it to control your mouse and keyboard.
